Payments & Merchant of Record
Premium subscriptions for MovieSchedule are sold and processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing and refunds on our behalf. Your payment receipt and any invoice come from Paddle.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation you keep access to premium features until the end of the current paid period, and the subscription will not renew again. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Money-back guarantee
Because premium is a digital service with immediate access, purchases are generally non-refundable once used. However, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of that payment for a full refund.
Renewals & partial periods
Refunds are not provided for unused time within a billing period that has already started, or for renewal payments, except where required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Request a refund via the contact page, or directly through the Paddle receipt you received by email. Please include the email address used for the purchase. Your statutory consumer rights (including under Turkish, EU and UK law) are not affected by this policy.
