What's on this week (24–30 August 2026): four hit anime head into their final stretch

This week's anime lineup has several of summer's biggest titles heading into their final stretch — Mushoku Tensei, Slime, Saga of Tanya and Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You are all four episodes from wrapping their seasons. ONE PIECE keeps climbing past the four-figure mark at episode 1176, and Re:ZERO Season 4 still holds the calendar's single highest score at 90%. On the TV side, Futurama leads the pack this week at 86%. And after last week's quiet slate with nothing yet scored, movies bounce back with eight premieres between Monday 24 and Sunday 30 August.
